Heat & Cold Sensitivity

Some of our products (including magnesium lotions, balms, and oil-based items) are sensitive to extreme temperatures.

During warmer months or high heat conditions, products may soften or melt in transit. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.

If your product arrives softened or melted:

  • Allow it to return to room temperature
  • For faster results, place it in the refrigerator for a short time

Due to the nature of these ingredients, we are not responsible for melting caused by weather conditions during shipping.
